Product Manager for a specialty motor division of Emerson Electric. I headed up the team that was responsible for designing and marketing two new specialty motor products. Sales of our two new products exceeded expectations. Also developed and implemented the company’s first distributor policy. We were able to further increase the sales of our two new products by successfully introducing them in to broad line catalog distribution.

Area Sales Manager for a leading gear motor manufacturer whose leading markets were Medical Equipment, Appliance, Computer Peripherals, and HVAC. I managed the largest sales volume territory, and worked with several manufacturers representative agencies. The territory sales increased by 50% during this period, and we successfully negotiated the largest single contract in the company’s history.
