Professional Offices: Located northwest of Chicago Illinois, in suburban Palatine, our 1.400 square feet of office space provides a professional “place to do business” for our employees, and the Manufacturers we represent. Commitment to customer service, and on-going training in our conference room, provides the basis for relationship selling, with one goal being total customer satisfaction.


Customer Order Entry and Tracking: We have invested in one of the most modern and expandable computer systems with RPMS software packages designed specifically for the Manufactures Representative Agencies. Operating on five (5) networked PC´s, with 4 remote office sites with PC´s, we are internet friendly, and e-mail capable.
